mardiyanah031208 : itu aku cuma pake oat instan kak 40g + susu skim merk Greenfield 100ml+ mangga Harum manis + ciaseed kak, aduk aduk makan deh, kalo mau di blender makin enak kayanya Kka. Aku nggak ada blender soalnya. Untuk takarannya sesuaiin sama kebutuhan aja kak😊 selamat mencoba semoga suka
