I try to limit my restaurant eating because it's so easy to order something that will have hundreds of hidden calories. That said, I went to Qdoba with my daughter and a friend last night and instead of ordering ala carte, I went with their Chicken Power Bowl, which comes in at 690 calories. But, with black beans, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, quacamole, rice, green & red peppers, it's way up there on the "filling-and-also-healthy" spectrum. I also got a Dragonfruit Power-C Vitamin water, which was a nice complement to the meal. Not fizzy or too sweet. Good day, all in all.
