One of the worst days ever. Spent the whole day in class and sad over dumb stuff that happened. Didn't eat much today & didn't stick completely to my diet, but still managed to estimate my calorie intake. Ate 1300 calories and went for a walk to clear my head. Managed to lose some weight, but I won't record a weigh in until the end of the week in order to see if its truly weight loss (not just water).
