Did pretty well today, diet-wise. Besides a whole bunch of traffic that made me miss my sociology class today, today was a pretty good day. Ugh.. school. Well, I kept my calories pretty low for today. I'm pretty proud of myself for that since I usually have strong urges to break my diet on day 4! Woo! And today is day 4 of my restart. :) Now that I've gotten through this, I'm pretty sure I can keep this up for a while. I'm going to keep reminding myself that this is a lifestyle.. not a diet.

Today I had a total of 1390 calories. For breakfast I had an oatmeal with apple & blueberries, and whole grain crackers. Then for lunch I had a low-calorie cheese, carrot, tomato, and onion omelette. Also, I had some fruit snacks and a low-fat yogurt. Afterwards for dinner.. I had a small chicken & spinach lean pocket, another low-fat yogurt, an orange, a string cheese, and 2 3 oz servings of baby carrots. I was surprisingly pretty satisfied, and didn't feel hungry the whole day. :)

Did a 6 mile run today, and 2 mile brisk-walk. Burned around 670 calories. I also did some sit-ups and push-ups too. Felt pretty productive today! Wish I felt the same way about studying.. -__-
