Day one was a partial success, disappointed in my days RDI but tomorrow is a new day and I plan to stay under my recommended cal intake. Planning meals will help me alot. On the menu tomorrow- breakfast: unknown at this time, lunch: tuna with crackers,carrots, dinner: fish? salad? veggies? who knows.... looking at the pie graph I'm not doing too bad on my carbs which I thought was going to be my biggest issue, turns out my fat intake is the worst. Glad I got some exersize in, it's been almost a yr since I last worked out. Good job DL!!!
