I've been really bad- things got busy and I've been eating out ALOT... and most of what I've been eating has been large portions of comfort food. Time to get back on track and start eating better and exercising more. I brought my stuff to start the cardio-kickboxing class again and plan to eat a lot better tonight and trying to eat smaller portions as well. Wish me luck.
