So Tmi time, my aunt flo came to visit, started yesterday so that explains a lot. I got it back regularly a couple months ago so it's still surprising to me sometimes 😅, especially with the weight gain and the cravings.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
