Didn't eat much today. Ate pretty clean today, especially after totally going over my calories yesterday. Had blueberries and oatmeal, string cheese, and an orange in the morning/afternoon. Afterwards I had a pack of seasoned seaweed for an afternoon/study snack. Then I had a sandwich, another string cheese, another orange, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 celery stalk, 1 cup of baby carrots, and some low-fat yogurt for dinner. Total calories for today came out to be 1082. Really low, but then again I couldn't find the time to do heavy exercise. Not really hungry today after eating cookies late at night yesterday. :( Spent the whole day studying for a big sociology quiz tomorrow & finishing some work I needed to get done. Went for a walk today too.
