Chris, my food journal is open, but basically it’s 150g full fat greek yog, 15g oats, half a banana, half a peach and 5g mixed seeds, 330cals. If I am on a fast day I just have kefir and fruit (usually blueberries or similar) for about 150 cals.

Tan, peaches and nectarines are in high season now, they are cheap AND good! I guess here in UK we only get two or three weeks like that! In France the peach season went on for weeks and oh my goodness they were good!

Oh yes!it's the sun that makes them super sweet and juicy. Hard to find good peaches here if I'm honest 😱
