Jeez I am such a loser at the moment (and not the good type, as in the weight-loser).
I have no idea where my control has gone at the moment.
Its so very frustrating.
My temporary goal is to be at 119 pounds by May 18th.
This SHOULD be easy (I mean come on, its only 5 pounds!!! GAH!!!)enough but at the rate I'm going - what with binging and therefore extremely slow weekly progress - I fear I will not achieve this goal. This is why I am a loser.
I don't even wanna weigh myself this week cos after all my complaining about my slow loss I have outdone myself this week in binges and I also have the monthly curse (sorry for tmi).
