almuerzo: rapiditas + hummus casero + arroz de coliflor con salsa de soja, levadura nutricional sabor queso, ajo y cebolla en polvo + ensalada y le mandé un poco de mayonesa vegana sabor ajo por arriba :) quedaron como taquitos, ~400 cals
