today was a good day. mu weight seems to be stabilizing at 197.5 which is a good thing. I am trying to make sure that it keeps around there. unfortunatly, eating over 1500 calories is going to be hard when there are no starches, breads or sugars. but so far I am doing ok. Tomorrow we go to on a road trip so that will be interesting tosee how the diet goes!!
