went to see the nutritionist today & she was impressed w/the print out i gave her from mysecret food diary. She encouraged me to up my exercise but to continue my good eating habit. Another pound gone!
85.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
