@廖c_c 不好意思我現在才看到妳問我熱量😅😅,我現在進行168吃早下午餐最晚在下午四點進食結束,至於熱量我現在都沒在計算只有注意蛋白質的量盡量最少有50,澱粉水果類大多在早餐然後我沒吃主食

早餐固定兩顆水煮蛋一顆奇異果半個塗滿芝麻醬的槓子頭,外加一個通常是小饅頭(餐包或土司)一樣加滿芝麻(花生)醬,飯後有時會再吃點其它食物
