Back at it. Work changed a great deal during peak COVID. (I’m in healthcare.) Lots of hours and less purposeful activity. I ballooned up. I’m starting back with tracking calories on Monday. (We’re on a mini-vacation this weekend, so I’m enjoying a few more somewhat crazy meals.) My wife and I are going grocery shopping tomorrow. I also just bought an exercise bike for our garage. Rogue Echo. It’s already kicking my tail. Buying free weights, too. Full rack, barbell, dumbbells, etc. I’m 50 now, so I need to hunker down a bit and get it right. I was down to 280 lbs before. Im at 351 lbs now. I’ll burn the first 25 pretty quickly. Wish me luck!
