Day1️⃣7️⃣. I had a good cardio session today, yay! I just realized that I am on Week 3 and nothing really bugging me, I mean usually new practices/habits don't fly well after 2 weeks, resistance comes and you want to cheat, miss one session, eat that chocolate... But I am hopeful its not the case this time.😊 Todays affirmation is I am joyful! Yes, having fun and appreciating little things are so precious and resourceful.
