Your progress so far has been fantastic. Maybe it is time to ease off on yourself for a couple of weeks. I don't mean eating junk or reverting to the old ways that got you to fatsecret in the first place. I mean eating sensibly but not trying to actually lose weight for a couple of weeks. My personal trainer told me it is almost impossible to over eat if you are eating the right things. Once you have proved to yourself that this weight loss is sustainable and you can eat in a more healthy way you will be ready to cut back again to lose those last few pounds. Good luck.
