So today was another cazy stressful day. which means no excersize again!! im so upset. I really wanted to start saturday...oh well, at least i have started eating healthier. I made some spinakopita for my mom today so i had to have a square of that...that was my fun snack. I also drank tons of water today. My body is used to me putting in sugar filled beverages, so its been a nice change. Ive really noticed how much more energy i have by not eating all that fat and sugar all day. gets me in a good mindset. Im planning on jogging tomorrow morning after my daughter goes to school. ill eat a good breakfast and then get my metabolism going for the day.
