first entry. Have been doing hcg injections. Today was first maintaince day. am supposed to eat about 2300 calories a day to maintain the weight. I have eaten 1791 today. do not know how to eat more. pretty cool if you think about it. my weight today was 197.5 so that is good. trying to maintain 197.2 so hopefully this will go well. did not have to work today so was able to eat when and what i wanted. monday will be interesting. I wanat to eventually get to 175 by august and should be able to do it. then to 160 by christmas of 2011. i know that i can do this. it will be easy with Jeff watching what he is eating.

I am in week 2 of phase 3. I had a hard time consuming enough calories. But am stabilizing now. I am lucky that I haven't gained hardly anything in this phase. If anything I have been concerned about continual loss. I experimented with massive calories and fat content and still lost. 3,100 calories and 200g+ FAT and still lost the next day. Are you going to do another round?
