Last minute change in plans. Driving to see my sis in Michigan first thing in the morning. Upon reflection, weighing today seemed best. Uber pleased with the loss after last weekend's blowout bash. This was an important emotional and spiritual victory for me. Maybe a little too important.

Went out for 10,000 steps today with Ms.G. and a friend to see five massive sculptures on display at the arboretum. Stunning. Here are two of them. Stopped for lunch after at our local. Salad with chicken and an egg. I wonder which came first?

Much biking ahead this weekend with rehydration therapy at Bell's Brewpub in K'Zoo. Hope your Friday was great and your weekend is even better! Make it, log it, eat it.
