I remember when I was sprinkling Splenda on grapefruit to make it good. I was convinced that grapefruit helped your metabolism. Grapefruit, almonds, chicken breast, and spinach were staples. I was a lot more miserable and chubby then lol

You gotta find what you like that fits in your lifestyle. For me, chicken sausage, chicken in a can, chicken breasts and thighs all work. I also enjoy peas and cottage cheese, protein shakes, protein bars, rice, and well, that’s probably enough about me 😂
