给儿子做的香蕉燕麦杯,可能纯可可微苦,吃了两囗不吃了,还是当娘的得消耗,不能浪费呀,把我的荞麦面换这个了😂,配了杯姜黄抹茶水,没加奶,燕麦杯里有牛奶和酸奶了,就香蕉热量有点高~
