@tiara itu pisang diblender sm susu lowfat + oat 2sendok. Trs tak kasi chiaseed sm granola 😅

Salah hitung kali. Karena pisang aja 90kal, oatsnya pake apa aku tiap pagi ngeboend githu trs cuma buahnya aja yg diganti2 cuma sekitar 300an.

@cipya nah iya makanya kak aku jg bgg kok bisa kalorinya gede bgt 😂 itu aku pake pisang susu yg kecil2 , 3biji. Oatnya pake Quaker , susu nya greenfield lowfat.
