Yum 😋, how is the activity coming along partner? I've been pressed for time but trying to get some movement in where possible. Have a blessed remainder of the week D🙏🏽💕.

Thanks, Sis... Not going to lie, I'm praying to God to help me, my dedication to eating very low carbs, small portions, no unhealthy snacks, sugar, anything that ain't KETO is soooo on point, BUT!!! even though food is not an issue for me no longer, my workout daily is now my struggle, 😔SIGHS! which when I brutally admit to myself is one of the major reasons why my body grew out of control. Yes! I know I need to go hard, especially how bad I want to lose this weight. Yes! I'm losing weight, can see the changes in my body. I'm my biggest critic and feel that Yes! there's loss it's not enough to celebrate, I don't want to get relaxed as I did in the past, every time I look in the mirror these days, I see something I hate, my fatty, beyond the overweight, obese body. I never forget to say thank you, God, for helping me to get to this point thus far and praying to get to that place I desire in the future. Please keep me in your prayers, Sis... I really need it. 🙏🏽God bless you.

Hi D, listen up, you are doing GREAT and you do need to celebrate that!! Now for what I learnt:- 1. You don't need to work out everyday but you do need to significantly move most days, some people garden and do house cleaning which gives them large movements during the day and that can replace a formal workout on those days but we should workout some days to push our bodies formally it makes us fitter, stronger, healthier. 2. Find an activity type that you love and stick with it, boxing, zumba, walking, hiking, swimming (or learning to swim 😉), settle on what exercise makes you smile despite the pain and that's a winner. 3. Let's change our thinking around movement, let it be to make our bodies stronger not just lose weight. I'll be praying for you Sis for sure, you've got this by God's grace🙏🏽❤ and you're gonna love movement very soon.

Smiles...I thank God for you so much...Thank you for being there also your words of wisdom. Yes! by God's grace I will speak and be more positive, there are days we feel low, that's why God wants us to trust in him to help us, it's us that limit God but God is limitless, he is power and all power belongs to him, he also want us to assist each other in times he know we'll have our weaknesses. Heads up you may not hear much from me next week, I will be fasting from Monday, I intend to hit that goal next week.
