This week I been working out alot but for some reason my ankles and feet are swelling really bad and I seem to be retaining alot of water, going to get this checked out ASAP!
154.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 75.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
