Didn't quite make it to 3 mi @ 34:00, but maybe next time. I really busted my butt to get where I did. Will try again Thursday.

Can't wait to build up my fitness... I used to be able to do 3 mi @ 30:00 just a couple of years ago. Amazing how much your body can deteriorate during periods of inactivity.

Cooked a delicious dinner tonight. Looking forward to leftovers tomorrow. =)
