Did our second day of stretches today. I found another YouTuber who is really good and did a front split video but I'll tackle one thing at a time. I think hubby likes this more than when I try to get him to do yoga with me.

Day 3 and I could touch my forehead to my knees! I haven't done that in quite a few years. Hubby touched his toes with straight legs once but only while doing dynamic stretches not static ones. Progress! Having the yoga blocks for the split stretch has been really helpful. Just something to help so we can focus more on the stretch and less on balancing.
