Was on vacation for the last week, didn’t track anything but still tried to stay focused on what I’ve been eating recently. To see such a great drop was mind blowing, as I get I strayed quite a bit this week. Seeing that my habits are ingrained to the point I don’t need to manage my intake so hard is a great feeling. Keep doing what y’all are doing and great things happen!
