Good job on the exercise today. 1.5 hrs yoga (gentle, but good stretching) Yesterday 1.5 hr, too. Walked 40" this evening, forgot my pedometer, bummer. Now can hardly stay awake. Almost 8pm, then can go to bed when I want!
