@naylale aku olahraga nya liat di youtube ka.. awalnya ak cuma jalan kaki aja tiap pagi selama 2mggu, trs 2mggu kmrn2 ak barengin challenge chloeting yang abs 2 week baru selesai hari kmrn, skrg lg mau jalanin challenge liat wo nya emi wong..
