I didnt realize that since I am sleeping 9 hrs/day plus 30" nap, I am burning less calories than the default settings show! Cant do without the sleep right now, so will try to increase the exercise, which just makes me more tired. Oh, the trials of fibromyalgia! And the side effects of meds!
But I did well on the eating issue yesterday. Only two days left until weigh-in at WW...ugh!
