Going through all kinds of tests and medical stuff this month, catching up on the maintenance I've been putting off for the last year, including an updated study on my sleep apnea this weekend. Today I went to the optometrist and had my vision tested. I ended up getting new glasses. I do a lot of reading so this should help. While I was there I decided to get a second pair for working out and sportswear which should make life in the gym a little easier. I have to say when I went to the dietician, the doctor was thrilled with me (and I was pretty happy too) I lost 8 pounds in 30 days increased muscle mass and lost one inch around my waist. That is just from eating better, staying active, and working out a couple of times every week. I’m hoping the next 4 weeks I can duplicate the results. I realize the effort will have to be greater, but I committed to making this a priority for 8 weeks, then to reassess where I am. I hope you all have a good weekend.
