My goodness I haven't weighed this much since 2002. This is the ultimate goal because it's when I met my wife in school. 😲 only a few more pounds to complete this overall goal of 100 lbs. since March 2021.

168.9 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg. Still to go: 69.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
