I did some stretching/yoga last night for about 40 mins. and today I feel great! It was just what I needed. My buddy Kathy gave me a suggestion for a quick yoga DVD, so I'm going to have to go look for that this weekend and start doing it every day and see if that helps with the hip and knee pains. Since I'm feeling so good I might run today, but I want to at least get a workout of some kind done. My brother is dropping off his dog though at some point and I don't know when he's coming. My luck would be that as soon as I'm around the block he'll text me that he's about to our house. :)

I ate 2 bowls of cereal this morning. I didn't have much time so cereal was about all I could make, but I was starving, so it was a 2 bowl day. I'm having salad for lunch, so it shouldn't be too bad, but dinner is up in the air. Either chicken or enchiladas, just depends on what the family feels like. I'm really craving the enchiladas.

Tonight is another 8-10 ball game, but it's the last day of school for my kids today, so at least tomorrow my son won't be so tired. Me on the other hand, I'm sure I'll be tired, but at least tomorrow is Friday and we get a long weekend. I was thinking about taking the day off tomorrow, but someone else is going to be gone for a graduation and I'd feel bad leaving the office that shorthanded. We'll see, maybe I can get off early. :)
