Thank you very much, Sis...Congrats! on your accomplishment last week. As for I'm not going to give excuses, Yes! I do need to tighten up on my workout period. I know I need to do much more and I will by God's grace, mercy & help. God bless and have a wonderful weekend.

Shrew...you're encouragements to work out has not been in vain and appreciated, I do need to keep up, and Yes! one day I will sing, shout, dance for my God, giving my testimony to others about how God has brought me from a mighty long way, how he's faithful to his promises. I will be victorious and overcome obesity in the name of Jesus Christ. Have a blessed weekend.

Kenna Morton, I'm on KETO + OMAD Fasting. At 6 pm every day I eat once a day, with a 1-hour window to eat in. The Calories varies at times depending on what I eat, I try to keep my Calories under 800 period and watch my intake of Carbs like a hawk. I'm so used to eating this way now, it's very hard to put down food within an Hour window after not eating for 23hrs, most times what I'm eating is too much, I get filled really fast at times, again depending on the meal, especially if I drink water that I always do, a lot. I'm not starving myself, I try to balance meals with non-starchy veg, berries, dairy & protein...I give my body only the nutrients needed. So far it's working and I'm sticking to it by the grace of God

AWWW...Thank you so much for the beautiful encouragement...Yes! I pray for his strength daily, as often as I can, because it's only him I can rely on to get me through this journey of life & weight loss. I thank God for you, you're truly very inspiring also motivational to me, you're what I was praying for when I wrote my bio... friends that could help me in my times of need.
