Feeling stressed... I'm starting a new job where food is provided and I'll be working 12h shifts... I'm afraid my recent control will slip away when I'm not cooking my own meals or have time to gym... Any advice?

Try the 16:8, eat the best you can at lunch and supper. Plan and make your meals Sunday. I think you gonna just have to plan your meals. And take it one day at a time. Its like staying sober from food addiction. One day at a time

Take a deep breath. It's an exciting journey. Goodluck with your new job, hope it's everything you've expected and much more🌷. About the food... Don't stress about it too much. Maybe you'll get a menu to choose from. If so, choose the healthier options e.g brown bread of white etc.Just also make sure you eat everything in moderation and still calorie count. You should be fine💜.
