Well I've finally used the phone app to track some of my meals, yay me! No excuses now! Granted, I am typing this on a computer right now😎 Anyway, still thinking about that Black Widow challenge I mentioned yesterday. I think I will lower my calorie goal to 1300 starting Monday. Of course, this weekend is Father's Day, and our daughters are making their Dad breakfast. Not sure what else we'll be doing, I will probably make SOMETHING for dinner. Preferably something he likes that's not TOO high-cal. He already tried talking me into making sausage gravy & biscuits, but I said no way, the girls have breakfast! He says he needs to lose 40 lbs, & then wants sausage gravy, JEEZ!!! Like I said, I'll figure something else out....😊
