Out of town for a graduation Friday night and all day Saturday. Missed leg day and didn't eat well. Didn't even bother to track yesterday, lol.

Weighed in today at about .8 of a pound heavier than last week, but same body fat %, which means a couple of days of bad eating squashed an otherwise pretty good week. Though I doubt it's really fat, more likely extra water from all of the carbs. But, I'm going to treat it like it's fat and go crazy this week to make up for it.

So today is a TSPA fat flush day and then I'll probably add my 10 minute HIIT cardio to the end of 3 workouts this week. Might even do another fat flush later in the week. Man, that's going to be tough! Trying to hit 208g or protein while keeping fat and carbs as close to zero as humanly possible. On the TSPA plan, you can only do this a couple of times per week, because you need the fat and carbs.

I guess while I'm suffering this week I can think back to how much I was enjoying the Olive Garden pasta... ;-)
