I’m gaining weight, but that could be because I started going to OTF 4x a week, which, given my sore body, may be muscle inflammation and/or water retention. Not helping this number is that it‘s shark week. It could also be undigested food, as I feel a bit bloated. (T_T)

I did measure myself yesterday evening, and overall, since February 2021 I’ve lost 2.5” from my bust, 6” from my waist, and 10” from my hips. Given these numbers, I’m trying not to overfixate on the scale… but it’s still tricky sometimes when it seems like progress is slow.
71.6 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
