Slid back a little the last week and indulged in wine a few days. While it didn't derail my weight loss, it made me feel like I was cheating anyway, because I wasn't taking in more protein or just plain healthy foods.
I quit drinking in August 2020 after my BF passed away and since have had only a very rare glass when dining out with the kiddos, which we don't really do much of at the moment.
Back on track, wonderful week all!!
