I’ve been making my protein shakes extra thick and eating them with a spoon rather than a straw so it feels like I’m eating ice cream. My go to recipe is 1 cup oat milk, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup frozen mango and a scoop of protein powder. It’s 333 calories and it’s so good 😊 only problem is my blender struggles a bit
