Good for you! I hope you thoroughly enjoyed! We bought donuts last week and I've been eating half of one most days until we got Marionberry pie. Some of that will have to go into the freezer. Gone are the days when I felt like I had to eat it all to keep it from going to waste. Anyway, I'm here to tell you that you can eat treats and still lose weight!!!! It's all about portion control and burning more calories than you consume!!!
