WTF!!!...Where have these 3 pounds come from???I have been in strict adherence to both diet and exercise...phooey!!!
113.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yup, major bummer. But it looks like you're kind of an up-and-down kinda guy. The good news is that if you look at your overall trend, it's downward. In addition, if you look back to mid-December and look at where you are now, you're 9 pounds down in about 9 weeks or so. All in all, a very sustainable, healthy loss! FWIW, my DH is an up-and-down kinda guy too and can fluctuate nearly 5 pounds a day when he's doing everything right too. Stay the course!
