Thank you JonesJen911, it really was. If I'm being honest I actually made too much. Next time I think I will half the quantity of fish & sauce. It was really easy to make too 😀

How did you make the parsley sauce? Is it a basic white sauce? X

The sauce is a basic sauce made from 250ml of milk, 1tsp chopped parsley, 1tsp onion powder, a pinch of salt & pepper, Slowly heat the milk until it simmers, then simmer for 5 mins until the parsley has infused into the milk. Mix 1tsp of cornflour with a little water & add to the milk/parsley mixture to thicken. Simmer for 30 secs then serve.
