1/2 Fried Fish _ Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheddar Cheese, Onions, Peppers, Tomatoes and Mushrooms.

There are times things is tough & we don't have what we want. I used a piece of leftover fish, a little bit of this & a little bit of that, that was found in the fridge and came up with a lovely meal, and gave God Thanks!
