Just got back from vacation. I gained 1.4 lbs but I am not that worried about it. Of course I would rather see no weight gain but this is OK. I kept my journal on my eating while I was gone to help me realize what was going in my mouth. I had a great time and now will buckle down and keep the weight loss going. Tried to make good choices but when you are staying with a great cook and they make all your favorites it is hard. I learned that I could control myself and still have a good time.

Very cool!!! You did great Mom!! I'm very proud!! I hope I can do as well when I venture into the "real" world!! I think I'm most proud that you did what you said you would. You came home, didn't beat up on yourself, got back on the scale and picked up right where you left off!! I'm glad you had a great time and glad you are back home safe!!
