So, i went to a brunch this morning... It was unavoidable and I really didn't want to sit there with my orange. So, i avoided anything bready or creamy! I ate the fruit and a little bit of the egg dish (i didn't want to sit there with an empty plate either).

I hope this didn't hurt my progress. Especially since i just started seeing movement on the scale again!
