I started adding flaxseed meal to my oatmeal in the morning. Nutty flavor, Omega-3's and def keeps me full longer.

I love flaxseed meal! I add it too just cuz I luv the flavor!! But I have oatmeal for dinner a lot if it’s just me at home and it does curb the crave monster now that you mention it TriciaB47!!

I use bananas, oatmeal, & chocolate as snax. That oughta keep ya satisfied for a while until the gut gets hungry again. =)
