Beautiful Monday..lol!! The sun is shining, and it is nice and warm!
Finally broke out the shorts and tank tops! The fun part, I'll have to buy some new tops for sure! These are very loose. I like loose shirts, and not clingy ones, but hey, these are just a tad big! I love that!

I went to Walmart, to look for a new suit. Pfftt. Found a nice one, and it WOULD have fit, had it been a little longer in the torso! The 3x ones are too large, (what I have now) and I get baggy butt in them!! I guess I'll have to look around and see what I can find. I just need it long enough to get into the other suit I have here, that I just can't quite get into.

The hubby is helping me more, and has started suggesting evening walks! That is a miracle in itself!! I have been feeling so much better, I've decided to increase my walking distance. I still can't quite make a "normal" walking speed, but I hope to get there soon!! I have a good 20 minute walk mapped out, and we also have one for a 45 minute walk. The 45 min. one didn't have much in the way of inclines, except at the beginning, but I've figured out a way to put it at the end. My 20 minute walk is basically the same route, only it doesn't go down through town. Both are flat for the most part. Its the walk that counts for me right now anyway!!

These walks are mostly to compensate for when I can't get to the gym to do my pool workouts, and to get me exercise on the days in between. That way I 'm getting at least some daily exercise!!

Awe, I love that your husband wants to walk with you! My husband and I's schedules dont collaborate well so we always end up getting our fitness in seperately. Im with you, on days that I dont get to the gym I like to try to get a walk in. Some activity is always better than none! I, too, am in desperate need of a new swimming suit. I havent bothered trying any om as I havent had the extra money but Im looking forward to it. Congrats on needing new tops! I love non scale victories :-) Have a great day Lu!

So happy to hear you have some support in your walking and that you are moving. You don't have to move a mountain in a day just as long as you are doing more is the key so keep up the great work :) Really just tickled to hear.
