Thanks! Sis...Smiles, those chops were so tasty, I had to fight the urge to have more, but drank lots of water instead, lol. The lemon or lime water has always been a favorite in our home, lol, only thing is, sugar was added. A few days ago, decided to start only lemon or lime, depending what's available to my water, as a drink with my 1 meal a day. Good to know you do the same and that it helps as others told me. Shrew...Thank you very much for your encouragement, my heart got full and my eyes teary, it took a few mins to respond, as I reflect back on just a few months ago or a little over, what state I was in, not being able to get up and walk a simple few steps without gasping for breath, It was so bad, I was unable to talk for a few mins, because I would be sweating so bad, my body shaking as I gasped for breath...Could not lay in bed but had to sit up to sleep, and that was short, wasn't sleeping much, was having panic attacks, though I was not active, my body needed sleep if it came, due to not getting enough oxygen because of so much fat around my throat/neck area. I was sticking to KETO but not moving around, before everything was brought to me, as simple as a glass of water or something near by was reached for and given to me. Due to Ettenauj and her challenge to me, I took it further and started working out, got a-bit over my ability and pushed my self to an hr workout, Smiles, learned from that, not to over do it but still push myself...I'm now sticking to 25 mins or 30 mins work out. I'm now moving around the house, preparing some of my own meals, getting my water from fridge, not calling for help to get items....Praise be to God... A big Yes! to your question, I'm now moving around way more than I use to...Again, Thanks! God bless💕.Hugs💕

Congratulations on not have another pork chop even though they are so good and it's so tempting. It's great you are moving more. I need to start having lemon or lime in water also. My husband has apple cider vinegar in water every day and is pleased with the benefits: his tongue is not as coated so his gut must be better.
